Privacy Policy
1. Local Execution & Data Flow
CMDOP is designed to execute primarily on your local machine. CMDOP processes data locally and acts solely as a technical conduit. Any transmission of source code, configuration files, command text, or other data to external services occurs only as a result of user-initiated prompts or actions and at the user's direction.
CMDOP assumes no obligation to filter, redact, inspect, or sanitize any data transmitted as a result of such user actions.
2. Data That May Be Transmitted
Depending on usage, CMDOP may relay limited data to CMDOP-operated services or third-party APIs, including:
- Command strings and natural language prompts
- Limited command context or excerpts of output strictly necessary to provide the Service
- Non-identifying environment metadata (e.g., operating system type, shell type)
- Error reports or execution status indicators
Commands and outputs may contain sensitive data, including credentials, secrets, or personal data. CMDOP does not detect or prevent such inclusion. You are solely responsible for the content of all data transmitted through the Service.
3. Telemetry and Logs
CMDOP may collect limited telemetry or error logs not intended to directly identify individual users. Such data may include timestamps, high-level execution outcomes, and coarse environment metadata. Collection and use of such data is performed at our discretion for product maintenance and improvement.
4. Data Retention
We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to retain or delete telemetry and metadata at our sole discretion. We make no representations regarding the data retention or processing practices of third-party API or AI model providers.
Users should assume that data transmitted to third-party providers may be stored or processed according to those providers' independent policies.
5. Third-Party Services
CMDOP integrates with third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services. CMDOP does not control how these third parties process, retain, or secure data. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
6. User Responsibility
You are the data controller for any personal or sensitive data processed within your local environment through CMDOP. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CMDOP complies with applicable laws, internal policies, and contractual obligations.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
